Mirabelle is my gastronomic brainchild! In my dining room, on the 3rd floor of Beckerwyc House, you have the opportunity to observe me and my team of chefs and waiters, working around our open kitchen in the restaurant.

Together with my dedicated team, I work continuously to create a unique set menu consisting of around 15 delicious dishes, reflecting the island's culinary heritage as well as the surrounding islands.

Our culinary vision is rooted in the use of local ingredients, known as "Island Gastronomy". We are inspired by the unique diversity around us, while drawing on culinary traditions both from afar and closer to home.

We are inspired by the treasures of the sea that surround us - a world of luxurious flavors, with the best in fish and shellfish. This forms the basis of an exclusive dining experience that we are proud to share with you.

The journey begins here, and our goal is to serve you tastes of both timeless and modern traditions, authenticity and a personal touch. Welcome to my culinary world!
